What We Do

Resurrecting the affordable holiday house dream.

  • Our projects are environmentally aware, using recycled timber materials including structural portals in glulam, and structural walls in cross laminate timber (CLT).

  • Our design is built to suit the location’s climate and site conditions.

  • Precast concrete flooring, provides stability, while reducing site impacts as dwelling is built on piers.

  • Delivered to ‘lock up’ allows local trades to fit out, while our team ensures the structural integrity, electrical and plumbing is ready to go.

  • Walls and roof structural panels are pre-insulated.

  • Traditional methods of construction are time consuming and expensive.

  • Use of recycled materials, maintains aesthetics, while remaining environmentally aware.

  • Modular design offers both flexibility in layout and consistency in cost.

  • Not all builds have to be ‘turn key’ straight away. Staging a project allows owners to make a start affordably, and then progress their home as their budgets allow.
